- No Returns: Once a mobile phone has been purchased and leaves the store premises, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the Live Demo Device, test its features, and address any concerns before completing the transaction
2.Exchange Process: If a phone is bought immediately in-store and meets the criteria mentioned below, an exchange can be initiated.Â
 Intact Seal and Unbroken Nylon: To be eligible for an exchange, the mobile phone must have its original seal and nylon intact. If the seal is broken or the nylon is removed, the phone is not eligible for exchange.
- Inspection Criteria:
- The mobile phone must be in its original condition.
- Â Proof of purchase, such as the sales receipt, must be presented.
